CPC - Vision 2016 Conference of Polonia Organizations

 

KPK - Vision 2016 Konferencja Organizacji Polonijnych

 

 

Feb 24th , 2016 The Canadian Polish Congress BC invited all Polonia Organizations for the 3-rd annual Conference of Polonia Organizations in BC. The conference  took place in Veterans Hall in Vancouver.   

 

After a short introduction, the honorary guest Mr. K. Olendzki, Consul General of The Republic of Poland in Vancouver, thanked everyone for last year's work and shared Polish Goverment Plans of continuing and expanding respectful collaboration between Polish Canadians and MSZ of Poland.

 

This year's discussion was focused mainly on improving methods and planning the events in the Polonia community, Vancouver area. The President of CPC BC, I. Swiatczak presented the program, including key directions and goals of CPC BC in 2016 going forward.  After the short break, each participating organization presented their initiatives for the up-coming year. Canadian Polish Congress extends special thanks to the Polish Veterans Association for their hospitality during the event, and to 'Gazeta Informacyjna' , magaziyn 'Takie Zycie' i radio NOFA for accepting our invitation to the conference.
